All items that are in-stock and can travel via FEDEX ship within 3-7 business days and should arrive within 3-5 business days from the ship date. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box.
When your order is processed, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and confirming that your package has been sent.
Returns
After ordering and receiving your item, if you are unhappy with your order in any way then the item(s) can be returned or exchanged hassle-free.
Please feel free to contact us via phone or email within 14 days of receiving your order for an exchange or full refund.

Returns received outside of the above time frame will only be accepted at our discretion.
All returns should be sent back to us in the original packaging provided.
The item(s) should be returned unused and in perfect condition. Any returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
The buyer is solely responsible for all return shipping costs and packaging.
Where provided, any designer packaging such as leather tags, dust bags etc should be included with the return.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on goods which have been made to order.
If your item is faulty i.e. received damaged or with a manufacturing fault then we can offer alternatives such as repair or exchanges. For more information please contact us.
Returns will be credited to the original payment method.
Returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping even where free shipping is stated, the actual shipping cost will not be refunded.

All rugs/carpets are sold in ‘as is’ new or vintage condition and without warranty of any kind. By placing an order you accept that the goods ordered are vintage and made by hand, hence contain inherent irregularities.
